Royal Kiosk
As the online patient portal section of the system, Royal Kiosk helps to integrate our workflow at IMI. It offers both on-site and mobile patient registration and pre-registration, which makes visiting IMI more convenient for our patients. This helps us achieve the following important goals:

Royal Alerts provides notifications about upcoming appointments and allows our staff to efficiently provide you with any preparatory advice or information you need.

Royal Pay is another important feature included in our Royal Solutions systems and helps ensure transparency in health care costs. Benefits it provides include the following:
